Bob Brenner joined Revolution Fitness in April of 2012. He came to us as a cast member of ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss show. Revolution Fitness owner John Pietenpol was hired by the show to be Bob’s trainer. In one year Bob was able to lose 253 lbs by permanently changing his lifestyle. We are happy to say that Bob is still a client to this day. He still works hard every day keeping his weight off, and lends a hand talking with our other weight loss clients about his experience.
Bob Brenner’s transformation was so successful, ABC’s Extreme Weight Loss chose Revolution Fitness owner John Pietenpol to work with another cast member, Cassie Kraemer. Cassie was able to lose 176 lbs in 11 months through her permanent change in lifestyle. Cassie is still a member of Revolution Fitness, and spends her free time enjoying recreational sports with her new body and helping others looking to lose weight.
Eddie, or “Chief” has he’s known came to Revolution Fitness in August of 2013. Eddie didn’t use his age or two knee replacements as excuses toot lose weight. In less than a year Eddie was able to lose over 90lbs!
Tiffany is a special case when it comes to weight loss. She came to Revolution Fitness after seeing us on the local news after Cassie Kraemer’s Extreme Weight Loss episode. After having doctors tell her she would have a very difficult time losing weight due to a medical condition, she reached out to us for help. Tiffay is special because she did most of the work on her own without a trainer. She worked out at Revolution Fitness occasionally, but mostly did it on her own, following advice from our trainers as well as Cassie Kraemer and Bob Brenner. In less than a year Tiffany was able to lose over 100 lbs. Her goal is to continue to lose wright in a healthy way. Go Tiff!
Ellie is the mother of Revolution Fitness owner John Pietenpol. Ellie is an example of following a program from afar. Living too far away from our gym, John helped purchase equipment and design a workout area in her basement. He then gave her workouts and a nutrition plan to follow. On her own, Ellie was able to lose and keep off 60lbs! Ellie also did not let age or medical conditions keep her from becoming fit and healthy. Go Mom!
