We offer individual and small group training that will help increase your general fitness. Our style of purposeful fitness and functional exercise are here to stay. They focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life positions, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine.
Our small group training is fun, convenient and inexpensive. Each session has a capacity of four to six people, allowing the trainer to provide personal modifications for each client.
